[Reason for Settlement Delay]

The royalties for the music tracks distributed by ShortsMusic via Distributors A and B to the Meta platform have not been paid due to unilateral removal actions by the distributors and a warning from Meta regarding "music abuse" policy violations.

As a result, we have not received any settlement payments from the Meta platform to date. We are currently taking legal steps with professional counsel to resolve this matter.

[Our Response Measures]

Despite not having received the settlement funds ourselves, we have decided to proceed with payment and compensation using ShortsMusic's own funds to show our appreciation for your patience.

- Additional Compensation

We will include additional compensation based on total performance.

The payment will include both the original settlement amount and additional compensation.

(Compensation amount will be based on the total number of views for all videos.)

- Withdrawal Application Deadline: May 31, 2025
