We regret to inform you that the settlement for October revenue, scheduled for December 4th, has been inevitably postponed.

We would like to provide an update on the current situation regarding the payment delay.

1. YouTube-related Situation

Due to a violation of YouTube’s policies, the use of ShortsMusic’s music has been restricted by YouTube.

As a result, the revenue payment for YouTube has been suspended.

ShortsMusic is currently conducting a thorough investigation of all video content.

Please note that content violating YouTube’s policies may not be eligible for settlement.

For compliant content, the October revenue settlement will be completed by December 31st.

We will provide further details about the withdrawal request period in an additional announcement.

We are working closely with YouTube and the music distributor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

2. Meta Platform-related Situation

Separate from the above issue, our music distributor partner, ‘Rhoonart,’ deleted the ‘SM TRACK’ music from all platforms without prior consultation with us.

This has impacted content posted by creators on Meta platforms.

ShortsMusic is actively working to address this issue and will provide appropriate compensation to the affected creators.

Revenue payment will proceed as normal, and we will notify you of the withdrawal request period and compensation plan through an additional announcement.

3. New Music Updates

We sincerely apologize to those who have been waiting.

We are working on preparing new music and will begin releasing available tracks in mid-December.

At ShortsMusic, we will continue to comply with the operational policies and guidelines of YouTube and Meta platforms.

Please be aware that content violating policies may result in restricted payment.

We apologize once again for the delay in payment, and we will inform you of the detailed schedule for the YouTube (October revenue) and Meta (June revenue) settlements through an additional notice.

We deeply regret the inconvenience caused by this issue and will do our utmost to resolve it swiftly and provide better service.
