We would like to inform you regarding the issues related to audio and original sound on Meta platforms as follows.

1. SM VIBE Audio Restoration Completed

In December, the audio on Meta platforms was taken down by the distributor, causing the audio and original sound of videos using the audio to be muted.

At that time, we received a response from the distributor stating that restoration was not possible.

However, after continuous efforts to resolve this issue, the SM VIBE audio has now been restored, and the original sound of the videos using this audio has also been fully restored.

Unfortunately, the SM VIBE - NO CAP audio cannot be restored due to a technical issue on Meta platforms. We apologize for the inconvenience.

2. SM TRACK Audio Restoration Not Possible

The SM TRACK audio is currently under review for audio abuse on Meta platforms, making restoration impossible at this time.

We are working to find a solution and will check for updates on this issue in the future.

3. No New Audio Usage and Monetization for New Videos

Since the audio has been restored to recover the original sound, you can still use the audio in new videos, but audio monetization will not be available.

4. Compensation Information

We are currently preparing a compensation plan and are receiving legal advice, so it will take some time.
