1. Content Review

Review Period: November 28, 2024 – December 27, 2024

Due to issues with YouTube policy violations, we are currently conducting a thorough review of all content uploaded to ShortsMusic.

Once the review is completed, settlements will be processed only for content that complies with the policies.

2. Settlement Schedule

-Performance Period: YouTube (October, November 2024), Meta (June 2024)

-Withdrawal Application Period: December 30, 2024 – January 10, 2025

-Dates and times are based on Seoul Standard Time (KST).

We sincerely apologize for the changes to the revenue settlement schedule.

Please note that settlements will be processed only for channels with content that complies with YouTube's policies.

For channels that are excluded from the payment but have content that is either agreed upon with the copyright holders (through a licensing agreement) or original content owned by the creator, please contact customer service for further review.

3. Compensation Plan

Compensation Period: January 2025 – June 2025

(Available throughout the period for those who apply)

Compensation will be provided for content that complies with YouTube’s policies and content uploaded to Meta platforms.

Applications for compensation can be made once during the period, and more details will be shared in a future announcement.

4. New Song Release

Service Date: January 2025

We are currently working quickly with artists and composers to prepare new music. After completing the content review and settlement procedures, we will ensure stable service delivery.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue to our creators. We will do our best to resolve the situation quickly and provide more stable services.
