Withdrawal Details

Applicable Earnings: SM Track music usage from October and November 2024

Application Period: Available anytime until May 31, 2025

How to Apply: Navigate to Withdrawal → SM TRACK tab

Important Notes

1. Once a withdrawal application is submitted, it cannot be canceled or withdrawn.

2. As this is a rolling withdrawal request period, deposits will be processed at the end of each month.

3. If the withdrawal information does not match, the transaction may be put on hold. Please ensure that your withdrawal details are correct.

4. Payments will be processed within 1 to 3 days after the application.

5. If the payout date falls on a holiday or non-business day, the payment will be made on the last working day prior.
